For companies
Identical coverage. $3,000 less per person.
You set one monthly amount per person; we compute the right one from your actual team, and the number arrives in writing, with the math attached. Your people each pick the plan that fits their life, a licensed agent enrolls them, and your cost stops moving.
~$5,000
saved per employee, per year
Projected
The old way
You've been buying one plan for everyone.
That's the whole problem.
- One compromise plan, picked once, for everyone
- A renewal letter every year with a number you can't predict
- Employees quietly pay their slice from every paycheck
- You (or your office manager) run open enrollment
the old way: a new number every renewal
with Insurf: your amount, until you change it
With Insurf
One amount from you. The right plan for each of them.
You set one monthly amount
The same budget goes in. A different right plan comes out, for every person.
- Each person picks the plan that fits their own life and doctors
- One fixed monthly amount per person; it moves when you say so
- Most employees' picks fit inside the budget, so they pay $0
- We guide every employee through their choice, one by one
The work we take over
What we actually do for you.
We compute your budget
Not a slider, not a guess: we price every real plan your team could buy and recommend the monthly amount that covers a good one for each person.
We guide every employee
They tell us about their year in plain words (the dentist, the soccer league, the prescription), and we rank every plan by what it will really cost them.
A licensed agent enrolls them
Nobody is handed a website and wished luck. A licensed insurance producer submits each application, and everyone knows when their coverage starts.
Your cost stops moving
No more renewal roulette. Your amount is your amount, all year; you change it only when you decide to.
We show every number's source
Every figure we put in front of you traces to a government filing or a named survey. Ask to audit the math and we show it, line by line.
We fight denials all year
The part nobody else offers: when a plan says no to your employee's care, Insurf fights the denial. Picking the plan was never the whole job.
Getting started
Your part is three steps.
1
Connect payroll
Ages and ZIP codes are all we read. No health information, ever.
2
Approve the amount we recommend
You see what it covers for your team and what you save before you say yes.
3
We take it from there
Every employee gets guided to their plan and enrolled by a licensed agent. Your part takes about five minutes.

Questions
The questions owners ask us.
Is this some new loophole?
No. It's a federal arrangement (an ICHRA) available since 2020, and the government projects 800,000 companies will use it. You're early, not experimental.
Do my employees lose their doctors?
The opposite, usually. Each person picks the plan whose network has their doctors, instead of everyone sharing one network chosen for the whole company.
What do I have to manage?
Almost nothing. You approve the monthly amount. We handle the guidance, the enrollment, and the questions, including the hard ones, like a denied claim.
What if it doesn't save us money?
Then we'll tell you that, with the math shown. The comparison runs on your real bill and your real team, and if the answer is 'keep what you have,' that's the answer you get.
Holding a renewal letter right now? Price the alternative before you sign it. Want the mechanics (classes, affordability, the 90-day notice)? Read the ICHRA guide, including how it works in your state.

Insurf, Inc. is not a licensed insurance agency and does not sell insurance; enrollment support is provided by an individually licensed insurance producer, who may be compensated by carrier commissions when an enrollment occurs — that compensation is disclosed on estimates. Insurf is also not a licensed third-party administrator: it never collects premiums or contributions, never holds plan funds, and never decides claims; your company makes every final reimbursement determination and pays through its own payroll. Service availability varies by state. This is an informational cost estimate, not an offer of coverage and not a recommendation to buy any plan. Projections are labeled and are not guarantees. Estimates only; not financial, tax, legal, medical, coverage, or insurance advice.
