These terms cover the public insurf.io website, the free cost tools (the benefits audit, savings, and COBRA pages), the Surely by Insurf ChatGPT app, and public demos. Paid pilots, PHI workflows, BAAs, data rights, service levels, and production obligations are governed by signed customer paperwork.

Cost math, not advice.

What they are

The free tools and the Surely by Insurf ChatGPT app are informational calculators: deterministic cost math computed from state-filed public data under labeled assumptions.

Not advice

Their output is a modeled illustration: informational only, not an offer of coverage, not a recommendation to buy or drop any plan, not an eligibility determination or enrollment, and not financial, tax, legal, medical, coverage, or insurance advice. Verify plan details with the carrier or the official marketplace before acting.

Your inputs

You are responsible for the accuracy of the figures you enter (for example a COBRA premium from an election notice), and for not submitting data the tools do not ask for.

Who is licensed, exactly.

This is the same disclosure published on the True-Cost Score methodology page, where the Score and its math are specified.

• Insurf, Inc. is not a licensed insurance agency; enrollment support is provided by an individually licensed insurance producer, who may be compensated by carrier commissions when an enrollment occurs; that compensation is disclosed on estimates, and the Score's math never varies with compensation. Insurf is not affiliated with or endorsed by any carrier, Georgia Access, or any state.

Acceptable use.

• Use the public site, free tools, demos, and materials only for evaluation, diligence, and legitimate business or personal purposes.
• Do not submit real PHI, patient identifiers, payment data, credentials, or confidential third-party documents through public demo surfaces.
• Do not interfere with service availability, attempt unauthorized access, or probe systems outside the security.txt guidance.
• Do not rely on public demo output for medical, legal, insurance, or payment decisions.

No unsupported claims.

Clinical control

Inveto prepares source-cited drafts for human review; treating clinicians remain responsible for clinical judgment and attestation.

Coverage

Insurf does not guarantee approval, payment, coverage, or reimbursement.

As-is

The public site, free tools, ChatGPT app, and public materials are provided as-is for informational and evaluation use, without promises of availability or fitness for a particular purpose, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

Corrections

The as-is posture does not dilute the published corrections discipline: we correct errors in published figures and log the correction; find one and we will correct it and log it, as committed on the True-Cost Score methodology page and recorded in the changelog.

Compliance

A public page is not a SOC 2 report, HIPAA certification, legal opinion, or substitute for signed diligence evidence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms as the products and the law evolve. The last-reviewed date on this page changes when we do, and material changes are noted in the public changelog. Continued use of the public site and tools after a change means the updated terms apply.
